After you inquire, you’ll receive an email with instructions to book your complimentary introductory call. All projects begin with this call to ensure alignment and determine the best next steps for your needs.

After the introductory call ensures we're a good fit.. you'll receive a custom proposal with project details, the proposed timeline, payment details, and next steps to move forward.
In short: your commitment, your participation, and your deposit. We'll handle the heavy lifting and guide you through your project every step of the way.

Once your project start date is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your client portal to begin the onboarding process. Inside, you’ll schedule your strategy call, complete a few questionnaires, and gather your content. Onboarding covers the majority of what we need from you - after that, we take the reins. Your role after completing onboarding is simply to review, give feedback, and watch everything come together!
We totally get it! Though, that time varies depending on the complexity of your project. At a minimum, expect to set aside at least 5 - 10 hours to dedicate to your new website.

You’ll need to show up for key moments (providing content, answering questionnaires, giving feedback, and approvals), but we handle the heavy lifting of strategizing, designing, building, and testing.

Important to note: you are the expert of your field! We need your participation to ensure a successful, effective project.
Each service has a general timeline, which you’ll receive before booking. Timelines vary depending on scope, but everything is clearly communicated upfront.
Life happens - we get it! If feedback or materials are delayed, your project timeline will shift accordingly, which will affect your launch date and may include an additional fee to keep all client projects moving forward. For the smoothest (and most enjoyable!) experience, we recommend starting when you feel about 80% ready. During the onboarding process, we'll help you reach the 100% mark.

Not at all. Many clients come to us feeling a bit cloudy - that’s part of the process. We'll help you sort through ideas, define priorities, and bring structure to what you already have via the onboarding questionnaire and our strategy call.

If, during the onboarding questionnaire or strategy call, it becomes clear that you may need additional time to clarify what you’d like to bring to life, we’ll extend the onboarding phase by 2–4 weeks before officially beginning your project. During this time, we’ll guide you through recommended action steps to help you gain clarity before we reconnect and move forward.

We build 90% of our sites on Wix Studio - a platform that's intuitive, affordable to maintain, and easy for you to manage after launch. On occasion, we'll build your website on WordPress if you need a website with highly-advanced functionality or custom features.
All logos, submarks, and graphics are delivered as .PNG and .SVG files. Other file types, like .JPEG and .PDF, are available upon request at no extra charge.

Pricing varies based on the scope of your project and can be found on our services page. You'll receive a proposal via email with detailed pricing after your introductory call. Each service price reflects the level of strategy, design, and support involved. You’ll always know exactly what’s included before committing.
Yes! All packages are split into 2 payments to make investing in your business more manageable. We require a 50% deposit to start your project regardless of the payment plan you choose.

While not a standard option, limited additional accommodations may be considered when appropriate.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. A 3% fee is added to your invoice to cover processing fees. Payments are handled online via invoice through your client portal.
Many clients reach out before they’re ready to book. We recommend planning a few months ahead anywho! If that’s you, we'll put a placeholder project start date in place and we'll circle back when the time comes. If you're ready to start before your project date comes, just reach out. Depending on our schedule, we may or may not be able to get you started earlier than the proposed start date.
We get it! If your scope shifts, we’ll pause and talk through what your new direction needs. Any changes are documented clearly so there are no surprises.

Your project will end but our support doesn't! You’ll receive all final files, access details, and the final invoice. You'll also receive custom offboarding packet with a handful of resources so you feel 100% informed about your new brand and website moving forward.

Absolutely. You receive full ownership and access to your website, and you’ll receive guidance on how to manage and update your site after launch. Alternatively, we offer website maintenance if you'd like us to take care of updating your website for you.
We'd be honored. Many clients return for additional pages to address new offerings or expand their branding. Reach out when you're ready. We'd love to hear from you!

Website maintenance is for clients who don't have the time (or don't want) to maintain their website. This ongoing support covers routine updates, performance checks, small content edits, and general upkeep to ensure everything stays current and functional.

Graphic design support gives you unlimited design services as your business evolves. This can include items like social graphics, small marketing assets, website visuals, or light brand extensions.

If you find you need a mix of ongoing support services, we’ll talk about adjusting your support level so it reflects the scope of work involved. More often than not, clients remain at their original fixed rate, but if your needs grow significantly, we’ll make sure things stay fair and sustainable for both of us.

If something falls outside the scope of ongoing support, we'll always let you know upfront and suggest the best next step.
All ongoing support services (website maintenance, graphic design, and strategic support) are billed at a fixed monthly rate on the 1st of each month.

There are no long-term contracts. You’ll sign a simple service agreement, and you’re free to pause or cancel at any time. Support is designed to meet you where you are, for as long (or as little) as you need it.
