1. INQUIRY + INTRO CALL
Every project starts with a chat! We'll talk through your business, your goals, and what you're hoping your brand and site will do for you — and figure out together if we're the right match.
2. ONBOARDING
Once you're booked, I'll grant you access to your very own client portal. This is the home base for your project. From there, you'll be guided on exactly what to send over so I can ensure a smooth, stress-free project and deliver speedy, stunning results.
3. DESIGN DAY/WEEK
This is where all the magic happens. Your brand and website take shape, with regular check-ins and revision rounds along the way to ensure your vision is coming to life just as you dreamed it.
4. LAUNCH + OFFBOARDING
The moment you've been waiting for! Your site goes live, and everything transfers fully into your hands, including access and ownership. You'll also receive an offboarding packet with all the information you need to feel confident moving forward.
5. SUPPORT + OPTIONAL MAINTENANCE
You're launched, but I'm still here. Enjoy two weeks of follow-up support plus a tutorial library for anything you need to tweak. Want to hand off the upkeep entirely? My ongoing maintenance plans have you covered.
