Solstice Web Co. exists to help founders build businesses that reflect who they are. This only works if everyone gets to show up authentically as themselves, so let's be very clear about where we stand.

We're not affiliated with any religion, and we welcome people of all spiritual paths and belief systems; including those who hold none. We stand firmly against the ideology that a specific religion, race, or nationality should hold power over others. This kind of thinking has no place in this studio or in the world we're trying to help build.

Diversity and differences make our world so rich, inspiring, and wholesome. Whoever you are and whatever your story.. you are welcome with open arms here. With one exception:

Solstice Web Co. will not tolerate hate. Discrimination, bigotry, missions, or rhetoric aimed at tearing down or excluding any of the people named above — whether it shows up in a discovery call, a passing comment, or anywhere else — isn't something we will stay quiet about or work around. If we discover, at any point in our work together, that your business or mission actively discriminates against or excludes any of the communities named above, we reserve the right to end our work together immediately without refund or completing the scope.

Belief in equality isn't enough on its own. It must be backed by action. To us, that means actively learning about the histories, struggles, and lived experiences of communities beyond our own, staying open to feedback, and continually improving as we learn. It means using this platform (no matter how small!) to help move the world toward something fairer and kinder. The goal here isn't passive allyship. It's to be a safe business partner, one where our word means something, our actions back it up, and clients and collaborators alike can trust us to have their back.
