What to expect when you build a site with Solstice Web Co.
Before starting a website build, schedule your free introduction call to chat more about your project and ensure that we understand what you're looking to accom;pl
Once your paperwork is signed and deposit is made, we'll officially kickoff the website process with a package-specific questionnaire. This allows Skyler to understand who you are, what you're looking for, and what direction you want to go so she can create a strategic, stunning website that works for you and your business.
While the client gathers content, Skyler builds a fully functional homepage mockup complete with first-draft copy and media placements. This gives the client a clear sense of the site’s visual style and core functionality. A link will be sent to you to interactively review and leave feedback.
Once the homepage design is approved, the remaining pages of your site will be built using the approved theme. Full-functionality will also be developed during this phase. Another interactive preview link will be sent to you client for final review and approval.
Once your full website design is approved, we'll prep everything for launch — implementing SEO, integrating any necessary third-party tools, and ensuring your site runs at peak functionality. During this phase, we'll also set up site analytics and help to configure your Google Business Profile (or optimize it, if you already have one).
In this final stage, we take your site live in two intentional waves. First, a soft launch allows you to share your website with trusted friends, family, or team members for testing and feedback. We’ll make final tweaks if needed to ensure everything functions smoothly. Once refined, we move into the hard launch — your official debut to the public and a proud moment to share your site with the world.
